The Richmond County Tourism Development Authority (RCTDA) is organized to develop travel, tourism and convention business in Richmond County.  We are the county's official destination marketing organization tasked to develop and implement strategies that enhance the economic and brand value of tourism to the benefit of visitors and residents alike.

In mid-2013 the Richmond County Tourism Development Authority made the decision to reevaluate its mission and future direction in order to better serve the citizens of Richmond County.  The RCTDA hired Arnett Muldrow to create a master plan to better promote the county's many assets to attract visitors and promote tourism related economic development.

The RCTDA office and Visitor Center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is located at 101 W Broad Avenue in Rockingham. Type your paragraph here.
